Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Shepherds Circle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a church or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Shepherds Circle provides a web-based church management platform including member management, attendance tracking, group organisation, financial recording, announcements, and prayer request management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.

You agree not to use Shepherds Circle to:

• Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

• Violate the privacy rights of any individual

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Shepherds Circle. We do not claim any rights to your church's member data.

By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

We will not access your member data except to provide technical support at your explicit request.

Free plan features are provided at no charge for as long as the Free plan remains available.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support@shepherdscircle.app within 7 days of a charge if you have a billing dispute.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shepherds Circle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
